Well it's most likely some kind of scam: they'll trick you into giving away the control of your facebook page but they will never pay you, they're just lying to steal from you. So don't believe them: never give them a moderation or administration status on your facebook page! The best is to ban them right away!
If you still want to sell despite our warning, really do ask to get paid in full first!
